The Board of aldermen of the City of 1iichita r•alls, 'Texas,
met in regular session on the above date with the following members
present:

The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved

advertise for bids for a City llepository for the year beginning August
1st, 1928, and ending July 31st, 1929. Said bids to be received until
7:30 P. M. July 16th, 1928.

Moved by Alderman King that the City Clerk be instructed to
advertise for bids for publishing legal notices for the year beginning
August 1st, 1928, and ending July 31st, 1929. Said bids to be received
until 7:30 P. !7. July 16th, 1928.

cute a substitute deed conveying to . B. R. ::goBride the West half
of Lot 487, Block G, Riverside Cemetery, upon evidence of ownership

Moved by Alderman King that the :iayor be authorized to exe-
cute a disclaimer to clear title as to the delinquent taxes against
Lot 8, Block 44, Original i,ownsite.

Block 192, Original Townsite, for the year 1926 be cancelled on ac-
count of this property being owned by the ?irst Iiethodist Church

to 785 acres of land owned by D. G. Whitney be referred to the City
manager and City Attorney.

Venetian Blinds from the Wichita School Supply Company be referred to
the City Attorney for the purpose of ascertaining the City's legal
rights under the contract.

Dioved by Alderman King that the taxes assessed against the
personal property of sirs L,ae Hess be cancelled for the year 1927 on
account of error in rendition; this property having been rendered at
0250.00.

ORDINANCE NO. 991
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH (h) OF SECTION 38, AND
SECTION 42 OF ORDINANCE NUTMER 958, PASSED AND APPROVED NOVEMBER 28Tg,
1927, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAVEL AND TRAFFIC ON THE
STREET OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS; REGULATING THE USE OF SUCH STREETS,
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES."
