nance Rio. b13 be referred to the City Attorney for a legal opinion, and
that C. D. Shambu.ger, the property owner effected, be notified of the
pending correction.

FEE, REQUIRING A BOND FROM SUCH PERSONS, AND PRESCRIBING A PENALTY.

TEXAS; r,IXING A SCHEDULE OF RENTS TO BE CH.XRGED FOR THE USE OF SUCH
AUDITORIUM, AND AUTHORIZING SUCH CUSTODIAN TO RENT THE AUDITORIUM AND
COLLECT SUCH CHARGES; r'URTHER PROVIDING THAT THE AUDITORIUM MAY BE
