The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular called session at 5:00 o'clock P. Y. on the above date with
the following members present:
R. E. Shepherd, Mayor,
P. B. Curd, Q
J. W. Hunt, Q Aldermen,
Roy E. Carter G
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk.
The matter of buying window blinds for the auditorium
building was taken up and after careful consideration of all bids
and samples submitted, the following motion was put in order:
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the contract for furnishing
103 Channell Guide Venetian blinds be awarded to the Wichita School
Supply Company on their bid of 41,397.80. It being understood that
if any windows are eliminated by the Board of Aldermen, credit shall
be given the City on the basis of square footage omitted.
Motion seconded by 1lderman Curd and carried.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Curd and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
