The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
J. W, Akin, Mayor,
C. E. McCutchen,
J. H. Patton, Aldermen,
J. W, Hunt,
G. D. Fairtrace , City Manager,
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk,
Thelber t Martin, City Attorney,
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved,
Moved by Alderman Hunt that W. F . Parish be granted a permit
to erect a business building on the Southeast corner of Eleventh and
Holliday to be set back four feet from the sidewalk line.
Motion seconded by Alder rya n McCutchen and carried.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Ira Micks be granted a
permit to place a nine inch temporary wall in a brick building to be
constructed at the corner of Fifth Street and Indiana Avenue.
Motion seconded by Alderman Patton and carri ed .

passed on its first reading.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried by the follow--

Moved by Alderman Patton that the meeting be adjourned,
