The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the f ollaw ing members present:

The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved,
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the Tax Collector be author-
ized to reduce the full value placed on the per so nal property of
Sears -Roebuck & Company to $15,000.00 for the taxable year 1929.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCut then and carri ed .
Moved by Alderman McCut then that the Mayor be authorized to
execute a Quitclaim or Redemption deed to clear title as to delinquent
taxes against Lot 11, Block 102, Ori gi nal Townsi te, owned by D. J.
Griffin, when proper receipts are f iled showing payment of all city
taxes assessed against this property.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the meeting be adjourned.
