PURPOSE OF THE CITY GOV EM,E Nf F 0 R THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING APRIL
1ST9 1929, AND ENDING MARCH 31ST, 19309 AM DECIARI NG AN EMERGENCY.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Ordi nano e No. 1030 be
passed on its third and f inal reading and be adopted as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carri ed by the f ollow--
ing vote:
Yeas: Aldermen McCutchen, Hunt and Patton.
Nays: None,
Moved by Alderman Patton that the Automotive Dealers Assoc-
iat ion be allcw ed to place two post s on the curb f or hold ing a tempo-
rary sign in the 100 block on Indiana Avenue for four days beginning
the 29th day of October.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried .
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
