ORDINANCE NO 1024
AN ORDINANCE tL4KING AN ADDITIONAL APPRDPRIATION OUT OF THE
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF CITY" REVENUES AT APRI L 1ST, 19299 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING AND OPERATING THE CITY GOVERMENT FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING APRIL 1ST, 1929, AND ENDING MARCH 31ST, 19309
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that ordinance No. 1024 be
passed on its second reading.

Moved by Alderman Hunt that the rules requiring crdinances
to be read on three separate days be suspended and an emergency de-
clared,

Yeas: Aldermen Hunt, Patton, S-oonts, Harvey and McCutchen.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that Ordi nenc a No. 1024 be passed on its
third and final reading and be adopted as read.
