The Board of Aldermen of the City cf Wichita Falls met in regular session on the above date with the following members present: J. W, Akin, May cur , J. W. Hunt , X J. M. Spoonts, J. H. Patton, Aldermen, R. 0. Harvey, C. E. McCutch en, G. D. Fai rtrac e, City Manager , W. E. McBroom, City Clerk, Thelber t Martin, City Attorney, The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and ap proved. M Moved by Alderman Patton that the Magnolia Petroleum Company be authorized to construct a brick warehouse and filling station at the corne North Tenth and Broadway Streets on Lots 7 to 12, both inclusive otland Addition. Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried., Moved by Alderman McCut ch en that the Martin Warehouse property described s the North 30 f t . of Lot 5 and the South 20 ft . of Lot 7, Block 225, Original Townsite, be reduced to $30,000 full value for the years 1926, 1927 and 1928, end the taxes on overvaluation be remitted. Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
