The Board of Aldermen csf the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
J. W. Akin, Mayor,
J. M. Spoonts ,
R. 0. Harvey,
J. W. Hunt, I Ald erme n,

G. D. Fairtrace, City Man.agpr,
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk,
Thelbert Mer tin, City Attorney.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved,
roved by Alderman Hunt that G. D. Fairtrace, City Manager,
be granted leave of absence to attend court in Dallas June llth and
12 th, 1929 .
got i on seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried,
Moved by Alderman Harvey that the 4 f t . walkway lying
between Lots 304 and 305, Block P, Riverside Cemetery, be closed
for the benefit of J. 'S. Fore, curer of Lot 305, Block P.
Motion seconded by Ald er man Hunt and carried.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the City Manager be authorized
to construct a curb and gutter in front of Lot 7, Block 259, Original
Townsite, on Seventh Street between Holliday Street and Brock Avenue.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCut chen and carri ed.
Moved by Alderman Hunt t I. t the meeting be adjourned,
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned,
