Moved by Alderman Patton that the drainage matters complained
of by Mrs. Charlotte Mont gcmery through her attorney be referred to the
City Manager for investigation.
Motion seconded by Aldermen McCutchen and carried.

the City Manager and City Attorney with reference to the Sid Johnson
case be received and accepted.

ORDINANCE NO 1022
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE N0, 241, PASSED
AND APPROVED ON THE 1ST DAY OF MARCH, A. D. 1927 ; SUCH AMENIMENT PRO-
VIDING THAT SECTIONS 4 AND 5, OF SAID ORDINANCE SHALL NOT APPLY TO
WHOLESALE DEALERS IN PRODUCE, FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, WHERE SAME ARE
CONTAINED IN UNOPEN CRATES, BASKETS, ETC, AMID WHEN SUCH PRODUCE IS
BEING DELIVERED.
