McBroom, City Clerk, 0 The 1 ber t Martin, City Attorney, The Minutes cf the previous mee t i rig were read and approvede, The hearing with reference to the application of the Pan- handle Refining Company for a permit to construct a gasoline filling station at the corner of Seventh and Brook Streets was called, and after hearing no protests the following motion was put I in order: Moved by Alderman Hunt that the Penha ndl a Refining Company be granted a permit to construct and operate a gasoline f illing station on Lot 24, Block 2, Truehart Subdivision of Block 2, Belle- vue Addition, provided the detailed plans and specifications are approved by the City Manager. Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and. carried. � -- ----- -- - The hearing with reference to the ordinance granting to the Adams Electrified & Distilled Water Company the right to con- struct and maintain a loading rack on Railroad Street adjacent to their property, was called and after hearing no protests the follow- ing motion was put in order: Moved by Alderman Hunt that the hearing be closed. Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried. APPPOVED AND ADOPTED this the 15 th day of April 1929. Moved by Alderman Patton that Ralph Pond be granted a per- mit to place a gasoline storage tank on the property located in the rear of House Number 1414 Sibley Avenue, provided the construction of the tank is approved by the City Manager and all the ordinances are complied with. Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried. Moved by Alderman Hunt that the meeting be adjourned . Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried.
