ED THE 28TH DAY OF NOVEIMER , A* D. 19279 ENTITLED.* TIAN ORDINANCE REGU-
LATING TRAVEL AND TRAFFIC UPON THE STREETS OF WICHITA FAITS, TEXAS;
REGULAT INU THE USE OF SUCH STREETS" REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
THEREWITH; AND PROV IDI NG PENALTIES", SO AS TO HEREAFTER ALLOW UNLIMITED
