The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:

W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
ORDINANCE NO. 1043
AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES AND AUTHORITY OF THE
CHIEF OF POLICE AND ALL POLICE OFFICERS OF 'IFE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Ordinance No. 1043 be passed
on its third and final reading and be adopted as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman Eddleman and carried by the fol-
lowing vote:
Yeas: Aldermen McCutchen, Eddleman and Prothro.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Paul Kostas be granted a
permit to operate a public domino parlor at 7112 Ohio :.venue.
Motion seconded by Alderman Eddleman and carried.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that G. T. Taylor be denied a
permit to operate a public dance hall at 8122 Scott Avenue.
Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Eddleman and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
