MI. Spoonts, X J. N. Prothro, X E. H. Eddleman, X Aldermen R. 0. Harvey, X C. E. McCutchen, X G. D. Tairtrace, City Manager L. E. M cBroom, City Clerk Thelbert Martin, City Attorney Moved by Alderman Iv:cCutchen that Alderman Eddleman be named Mayor Protem to act during the absence from the city of Yayor 'alter Nelson, Jr. Lotion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried. The h.inutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Loved by Alderman Spoonts that October 24th be designated as American Legion Day in accor'ance with a request filed by the local Post of the American Legion by a committee headed by Milton Gaines. i.:otion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried. Itoved by Alderman Prothro that the Cities "ervice Company be granted a permit to install a wholesale gasoline storage plant con- sisting of two 12,000 gallon tanks and one 19,000 gallon tank con- structed oft concrete base with steel supports and a steel warehouse and garage at the following location: Starting at a point on the North line of original townsite where said north line intersects the center line of the Burkburnett Road, thence northerly 53 ft. to said center line of Burkburnett Road to a place beginning, thence northerly along the said line of Burkburnett Road 75 ft. to a point, thence esterly 200 ft. to a point, thence Southwesterly 77.4 ft., thence Easterly 216.1 ft. to the place of beginning, appr ximately .3 acres. Yotion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried. 837 Moved by Alderman LcCutchen that the claim of the Fidelity Bond Company of Maryland be paid. the amount of $993.13 due Prendergast & Com- pany as soon as all claims against the storm sewer contract on Sixth Street between Bluff and Broad undertaken by said Prendergast & Company have been paid to the full satisfaction of the City Manager. Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried. Moved by Alderman Prothro that the meeting be adjourned. Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried. The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
