The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
Walter Nelson, Jr., Mayor
C. E. McCutchen, X
J. M. Spoonts, ( Aldermen
J. N. Prothro, X
R. 0. Harvey, X
G. D. Fairtrace, City Manager
W. E. EcBroom, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Yoved by Alderman Spoonts that Ordinance No. 1036 governing
the operation of miniature golf courses be amended to provide that
these courses may open for business at 6:30 A. M. instead of 8:30 A.Y.
Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried.
The hearing with reference to the application of George
Dimock for a permit to construct and operate a gasoline filling
station on the corner of Eighth and '_'olliday Streets was called, and,
after hearing no protests, the following motion was put in order:
Moved by Alderman Harvey that George Dimock be granted a
permit to construct and operate a gasoline filling station on his
property located at the corner of Eighth and Holliday Streets.
Ylotion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.

TEXAS', AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SELL Ste.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Ordinance No. 1038 be
passed on its second reading.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried by the fol-
lowing vote:
Yeas: Aldermen Spoonts, McCutchen, Prothro and Harvey.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
