Bids for a city deposit ry for the year beginning Aurr: st
1st, 1930, and ending July 31st, 1931, we opened and considered.
Loved by Alderman i1cCutchen that the Security Yational Bank
be awarded contract for a city depository for the year beginning
August lst, 1930, and ending July 31st, 1931, on their offer as
follows:

Gentlemen:
Pursuant to your request for bid for City-'epository for
the ensuing year, I beg to submit the following:
' e will agree to pay you 3=z,11. per annum on average daily
balances for the ensuing year and will handle your warrants on the

be granted a permit to operate a miniature golf course at 2210 Grant
Street in accordance with the terms of Ordinance "o. 1036.

for a permit to erect and operate a gasoline filling station on the
corner of Eighth & Holliday Streets be received and the City Clerk be
instructed to give notice by publication of a public hearing to be
held at 7 :30 P. I . August 4 th, 1930, in the Counci 1 ' Chamber in the
I.emorial Auditorium for the purpose of hearing protests.

CLOSING AND ABANDONI>\:G OF THAT PORTION OF CEESTEft STREET LYING BETWEEN
BLUFF AND NINETEENTH STREETS IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND
AUPH ORIZ ING THE MAYOR TO SELL SAME.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Ordinance No. 1038 be passed
on its first reading.
