I cBroom, City Clerk The I inutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The following ordinance prepared by the City Attorney by direction of the Board of Aldermen was received and was read in full by the City Clerk: ORD INANE E NO.1036 AN ORDINAIrE REGULATING THE BUSINESS OF OPERATING AND I;AIN- TAINING 11INIATURE GOLF COURSES, PUTTING GREENS, DRIVING COTTRSES, CROQUET GAMES, AND ALL OTHER GISIES OF A SIMILAR NATURE, WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ICHITA FALLS; REQUIRING THAT A PER- MIT BE OBTAINED FOR THE OPERATION AM MAINTENANCE OF SUCH GAMES; PROHIBITING THEIR CONSTRUCTION, EXECUTION, OPERATION AND I,:AINTEI'AIEDE WITHIN ONE HUNDRED FEET OF ANY PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN SAID CITY 1 ITHOUP THE ',:WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE 0WNER AND OCCUPANT OF SUCH PRIVATE RESI- DENCE OR RESIDENCES; PROHIBITING GAMBLINU ON SUCH GAMES; REQUIRING THAT SUCH PLACES OF BUSINESS AND SUCH GAI+ES BE CLOSED FROM ELEVEN P. M. TO EIGHT THIRTY A. 1A. OF EACH AND EVERY DAY; PROHIBITING L('UD NOI.'ES, MUSIC, RADIOS, PHONOGRAPHS, BANDS, ETC., FROM BEING PLAYED AT SUCH PLACES OF BUSINESS IN SUCH MANNER AS TO DISTURB PERSONS RESIDING NEAR SAME; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND THE FORFEITURE OF SUCH PERMITS.
