The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita ?ells met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present.

Thelbert Martin, City Attorney.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The public hearing with reference to the application of
Short Brothers for a permit to construct a brick building on Lots 17
and 18, Block 8, Homewood Heights Addition was called, End after
hearing no protests the following motion was put in order:
Yoved by Alderman Spoonts that Short Brothers be granted
a permit to construct a brick building on Lots 17 and 18, Homewood
Heights Addition, to be used for the purpose of handling milk pro-
ducts.
Lotion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried.
t'oved by Alderman '4arvey that the meeting be ad joum ed.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
