The "card of Aldermen of the City of 4-ichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:

Moved by Alderman Patton that Alderman McCutchen be ap-
pointed Mayor Protem to act during the absence from the City of Yayor
J. W. Akin.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Aldermen Patton that the application for a permit
to construct and operate a grocery store at 1004 Fifth "treet filed
by R. C. Ligon be received, and a public hearing be ordered held at
7:30 P M April 7th, 1930, in the Council Chamber in the I._emorial Audi-
torium Building, for the purpose of hearing protests.
Motion seconded by Aldertmn Spoonts and carried.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the City Manager be authori- ed
to sign a contract in conjunction with the ' ichita Falls Airport Por-
poration with the Skelly Oil Company of Tulsa, Oklahoma, providing f or
the installation of a gasoline service station at the Municipal Airport
by the Skelly Oil Company with the underst ending that the City will
receive four cents (49�) per gallon for all gasoline sold by said
service station.
Motion seconded by Alderimn Harvey and carried.
I-oved by Alderman Harvey that Pars. R. M. Morrow be appointed
to replace 1�.rs. G. Wayne Barker to serve as a clerk in the general
election to be held on April lst, 1930.
Yotion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
