The Board of Aldermen of the City of Alichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
J . 17. Akin, Mayor,
J. N. Hunt,
R. 0. Harvey, Aldermen,
C. E. McCutchen,
G. D. Fairtr:ce, City manager,
E. McBroom, City Clerk,
Thelbert M•irtin, City .ttorney.
The Linutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the purchase of Lots 12 and 13,
Block 9, Sibley Taylor Addition, by the City Manager for a consideration
of 4296.28' which covers all delinquent taxes against this'property, be
ratified and approved; these lots to be used for drainage _urposes.
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried.
]roved by Alderman McCutchen that the City Tax Collector be
authorized and instructed to cancel unpaid city taxes amounting to
$90.38 assessed against Lots 12 and 13, Block 9, Sibley -Taylor Addition,
,vhich have been urchased by the City for drainage purposes.

Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
