The Board of Aldermen cf the City cf ''ichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:

The I inut es of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Yoved by Alderman McCutchen that the matter of adjusting
the taxable value on 50 a 150 ft. out of lots 1 and 2, Block 236,
owned by the Oddfellows Lodge, be referred to the City Attorney and
City Manager for investigation.
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried.
Moved by Alderman Patton that Jerry Lucius be granted a
permit to erect and operate a wholesale gasoline station on Lot 7,
Block 9, Barwise and Jalonic Addition, being the Northwest corner
of Oak and Mississippi Streets.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
The hearing with reference to the application of the Fort
Worth and Denver City Railway Company for a franchise to place a
standard gauge spur track across North Broadway Street was called
and after hearing no protests, the following motion was put in order:
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the hearing be closed.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.

Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the City Clerk be instructed
to advertise for bids for ambulance service for the year beginning March
1st, 1930, and ending February 28th, 1931. Said bids to be received un-
til 7:30 P. M. February 24th, 1930, at the of "ice of the City Clerk.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the City Treasurer be instructed
to transfer the sum of f20,000.00 from the Water Fund to the ''ater #1
Sinking Fund to cover sinking fund requirements for the year 1929.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried.
Moved by Alderman Harvey that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Patton and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
