ORDINANCE NO 1032
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE FORT WORTH AM DENVER CITY RAILWAY
COMPANY, ITS SUCCESSORS, LESSEES, AND ASSIGNS, THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT
AND MAINTAIN A STANDARD GAUGE SIDE RAILWAY TRACT{ UPON AND ACROSS NORTH
BROADWAY STREET IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, WICHITA COUNTY, TEXAS.
Yowed by Alderman Hunt that Ordinance No. 1032 be passed on
its first reading and that a public hearing be ordered held at 7:30
P. 11. February loth, 1930, in the Council Chamber in the Memorial
Auditorium, for the purpose of hearing protests, arcs that proper notice
be given by publication.

lowing vote:
Yeas: Aldermen Hunt, 5noonts, McCutchen, Harvey and Patton.

owed by Alderman 1'cCutchen that the complaint with reference
to the assessed value for tax purposes for the year 1929 on Lot 5,
Block 29, Soutland Addition, being House No. 1637 Lucille Street, be
referred to the City Manager for investigation.
Motion seconded by Alderman Patton and carried.
Moved by Alderman WicCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Patton and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
