The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
Walter Nelson, Jr., Mayor

Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Alderman Harvey that the application of R. L. Ward
for a permit to construct a frame building to be used for the opera-
tion of a grocery store at House No. 1305 Eleventh Street be re-
ceived and notice be given by publication of a hearing to be held
at 7:30 P.M. December 21, 1931, in the Council Chamber in the Memorial
Auditorium for the purpose of hearing protests.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the City Treasurer be in-
structed to transfer $15,000.00 from the Water Fund to be placed to
the credit of the following funds:
General Fund - $ 5,000.00
Street Fund 10,000.00
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried.

PRODUCER-, "PASTEURIZATION", ETC., PROHIBITING THE SALE OF ADULTER-
ATED AND MISBRANDED MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS, REQUIRING PERMITS FOR
THE SALE OF MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS, REGULATING THE INSPECTION (F
DAIRY FARMS AND MILK PLANTS, THE TESTING, GRADING, LABELING, PLA-
CARDING, PASTEURIZATION, REGRADING, DISTRIBUTION, SALE AND DENATURING
OF MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS, PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLISHING OF MILK
