The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:

V. R. Smitham, City Manager
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
ORDINANCE NO.1082
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING WATER SUPPLIES WITHIN THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, PROVIDIIr, FOR A PERMIT BEFORE ENGAGING IN THE
BUSINESS OF SUPPLYING WATER TO THE CITIZENS OF WICHITA FALLS, PRO-
VIDING FOR THE TESTING OF WATER AND WATER SUPPLIES AND PRESCRIBING
THE PENALTY, AND EECLARING AN PMERGENCY.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Ordinance No. 1082 be
passed on its second reading.
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried by the fol-
lowing vote:
Yeas: Aldermen McCutchen, Harvey, Spoonts, and Prothro.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the following substitution
of clerks to serve in the special election to be held on December 5
be made:
C. W. Jensen to serve in the place of J. Will Gray at the Alamo School.
Mrs. Fred Bidelspacher to serve in the place cf Mrs. John W. Schiller
at 600 North Broadway.
Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
