The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
ORDINANCE NO.1079
AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR LICENSING AND REGULATING PERSC�T*c,
FIRb:S, AND CORPORATIONS TO ENGAGE IN BUYING AND SELLING FRUITS AND
VEGETABLES AT WHOLFSALE WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, REQUIRIM THE ISSUANCE OF LICENSES, PROVIDING
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF LICENSES, REQUIRING BOND IN CERTAIN CASES, EXEMPT-
ING IN PART CERTAIN PERSONS, DEFINING TERMS, PROVIDIM ENFORCEMEDTT,
PRESCRIBING DUTIES OF ENFORCING OFFICERS, PROHIBITING TIE SUPERSEDING
THEREOF BY OTHER ORDINAMES, PROVIDING FOR THE DI SLAY OF LICENSES,
FIXING PENALTIES, DESCRIBING OPERATION AND EFFECT, AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.

on its second reading.
