ORDINANCE NO.1078 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TIME OF THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
