The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
ORDINANCE NO.1073
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CUSTODIAN FOR THE MEMORIAL
AUDITORIUM AND BUILDING BELONGING TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, FIXING A SCHEDULE OF RENTS TO BE CHARGED FOR THE U:E OF SUCH
AUDITORIUM, AND AUTHORIZING SUCH CUSTODIAN TO RENT THE AUDITORIUM
AND COLLECT SUCH CHARGES, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
"roved by Alderman McCutchen that Ordinance No. 1073 be
passed on its first reading.
Motion seconded by Alderman Eddleman and carried by the
following vote:
Yeas: Aldermen McCutchen, Eddleman, Prothro, Spoonts,
and Harvey.
Nays: None.
M".oved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
