The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
Walter Nelson, Jr., Mayor
C. E. McCutchen,
J. IT. Prothro, X
R. 0. Harvey, X Aldermen
E. H. Eddleman, X
V. R. Smitham, City Manager
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and eppro ved.
After discussing the need for a revision of auditorium
rental charges, it was decided that the City Attorney and City
Manager should draft an ordinance reducing rates as agreed upon.
No other business coming before the Board, the following
motion was put in order:
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
V otion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
READ AND APPROVED this the 5th day of October 1931.
