The Board of Aldermen of the City of ichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:

The L:inutes of the previous meeting viere read and approved.
Moved by Alderman I.:cCutchen that M. S. Carter be granted a
dance hall license for the operation of public dances at 8121 :cott
Avenue.
Motion seconded by Alderman Eddlemen and carried.
I.'.oved by Alderman Eddleman that L ayor -alter I=elson, Jr.,
City Attorney Thelbert I1artin, and City Manager V. R. smitham be
authorized to attend a meeting of the Texas League of I._unicipalities
to be held at ,ort orth on eptember 25, 1931, for the purpose of
conferring with the Cas Utilities Division of the ,ailroad Commission
with reference to valuation of pipe lines serving Texas cities with
natural gas.
otion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried.
