contract with the V,ichita Malls Air "transport Company be remitted
for a period of six months beginning I.Tay 1, 1931, and ending Sept-
ember 30, 1931, in consideration of permanent improver..ents placed
on the airport grounds by the ichita Palls 1:ir 'ransport Company.
