The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met
in regular session on the above date with the following members
present:
Walter Nelson, Jr., Mayor
R. 0. Harvey,
C. E. McCutchen,
J. M. Spoonts, Aldermen
J. N. Prothro, X
W. E. McBroom, Acting City Manager
E. W. Irvine, Acting City Clerk
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and ap-
proved.
Moved by Alderman Harvey that a committee of five citi-
zens be appointed to assist and advise in the gas rate controversy.
Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and' carried.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman McC Ichen and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
