The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:

The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Alderman Prothro that the tax complaint of Shields
Heyser with reference to Lot 3, Block 3, South Park addition, be
referred to the City Manager for necessary adjustment.
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried.
ORDINANCE NO.1063
AN ORDINANCE MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FIS-
CAL YEAR ENDING MARCH 31, 1932, FROM THE GENERAL FUND BEING SEVENTEEN
HUNDRED (Al,700.00) DOLLARS FOR STORE SEWER REPAIRS, AND TWELVE
HUNDRED AND FIFTY ($1,250.00) DOLLARS FOR SALARY OF ONE ASSISTANT
CITY ATTORNEY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Moved by Alderman Eddleman that Ordinance No. 1063 be
passed on its third and final reading and be adopted as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried.by the
following vote:
Yeas: Aldermen Eddleman, McCutchen, Prothro,and Harvey.
Nays: None.
ORDINANCE NO.1064
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 22 OF ORDINANCE NO. 445,
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 2ND DAY OF DULY, A. D. 1923, ENTITLED
"ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR RULES, REGULATIONS, AND RATES, AND FOR
THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE WATER DEPARDIENT OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY", AND DECLARING
AN WERGENCY.

Moved by Alderman Eddleman that Ordinance No. 1064 be passed on
its second reading.
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried by the following
vote:
Yeas: Aldermen Eddleman, Harvey, Prothro, and McCutchen.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman D;icCutchen that the City Treasurer be instruct-
ed to make the following transfer- of funds to cover material, supplies,
and services rendered by the Street and Water Departments to other depart-
ments of the City durinL,.the period November 1, 1930, to -'ay :1, 1931.
