ORDINANCE NO.1063
AN ORDINANCE MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FIfi -
CAL YEAR ENDING MARCH 31, 1932, FROTE THE GENERAL FUND BEING SEVENTEEN
HUNDRED ($1,700.00) DOLLARS FOR STOW SEWER REPAIRS, AND TWELVE HUN-
DRED AND FIFTY ($1,250.00) DOLLARS FOR SALARY OF ONE ASSISTANT CITY
ATTORNEY AND DECLARING AN 9,7RGENCY.
Moved by Alderman Eddleman that Ordinance No. 1063 be
passed on its second reading.

ORDINANCE NO.1064
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 22 OF ORDINANCE NO. 445,
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 2ND DAY OF JULY, A. D. 1923, ENTITLED
"ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR RULES, REGULATI01\s, AND RATES, AND FOR
THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE PLATER DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY", AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
