The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
Walter Nelson, Jr., Mayor
E. H. Eddleman, j

G. D. Fairtrace, City Manager
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
ORDINANCE NO.1063
AN ORDINANCE MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR E'DING MARCH 31, 1932, FROM THE GENERAL FUND BEING
SEVENTEEN HUNDRED ( $1, 700.00 ) DOLLARS FOR STORPJI SEWER REPAIRS, AND
TWELVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY ($1,250.00) DOLLARS FOR SALARY OF ONE
ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Ordinance No. 1063 be
passed on its first reading.
Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried by the
following vote:
Yeas: Aldermen McCutchen, Prothro, Spoonts, and Eddleman.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the Mayor, City Manager,
and City Attorney be authorized to attend the annual meeting of the
Texas League of Municipalities to be held in Lubbock on June 15 and
16.
Motion seconded by Alderman Eddleman and carried.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Eddleman and carried.
