The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
Walter Nelson, Jr., Mayor
J. N. Prothro, X
J. M. Spoonts, X
C. E. McCutchen, X Aldermen
E. H. Eddleman, X
G. D. Fairtrace, City Manager
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the application of 0. M.
Pepper for a permit to establish a grocery business at 2185 Avenue K
by received, and the City Clerk be instructed to give notice by
publication of a public hearing to be held at 7:30 P. M. April 13,
1931, in the Council Chamber in the Memorial Auditorium for the
purpose of hearing protests.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the meeting be ajourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
