Min 03/31/1931Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the City Clerk be instructed
to advertise for bids for auditing the city books and records for the
fiscal year ending March 31st, 1931, in accordance with specifications
used in the previous years' audit. Said bids to be received at the office
of the City Clerk until 7:30 P. M. April 20th, 1931.
