Min 03/31/1931Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the City Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids for auditing the city books and records for the fiscal year ending March 31st, 1931, in accordance with specifications used in the previous years' audit. Said bids to be received at the office of the City Clerk until 7:30 P. M. April 20th, 1931. i Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried. Moved by Alderman Harvey that the meeting be adjotrned. Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried. The Board of Aldermen then adjourned. READ AND APPROVED this the 6th of Ap it 1931. Ruehl House No. 600 North Broadway Fred Biedelspacher Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried. Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the Tax Collector be authorized and instructed to receive payments of 1930 taxes without interest or penalty from April 1st to 15th, 1931, inclusive. Motion seconded by Alderman Eddleman and carried. Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned. Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried. The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
