The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
Walter Nelson, Jr., Mayor
J. M. Spoonts, X
J. N. Prothro, X Aldermen
R. 0. Harvey, X
G. D. Fairtrace, City Manager
';. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The Yinutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Alderman Harvey that N. Douglas be granted a permit
to operate a public domino parlor at 613 Indiana Avenue.
Potion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
Moved by Alderman Harvey that the City Treasurer be instructed
to transfer "30,000.00 from the ater fund to the General fund.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
Moved by -'alderman Spoonts that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconder: by Alderman Prothro and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
