The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, met in regular
session on the above date with the following embers present:
Walter Nelson, Jr. Mayor
C. E. McCutchen X
J. M. S^oonts, X
R. 0. Harvey X A l d e r Y e n
J. N. Prothro r
V. R. Smitham, City Manager,
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk,
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that in consideration of W. ^-
Bolling having secured the written consent of all property owners
within a radius of 300 feet of his home located at 1919 7th Street,."
be granted a permit to install and operate a small grocery store
in a part of said residence located on said street.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the City Manager be authorized
to enter into contract with the Water Tank Service owned and oper-
ated by Elwyn C. Cox & Roger E. Thoes, for painting and repairing
the water tower at a cost of $315.00 provided the city furnishes
the paint.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
Read and approved this the, 5th day of December A. D. 1932.
