Min 11/14/193211-40 6 3 %' Wichita Falls, Texas Memorial Auditorium Building November 14, 1932 The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session on the above date with the following members present: Walter Nelson, Jr., Mayor C. E. McCutchen, X J. M. Spoonts, X R. 0. Harvey, Z Aldermen J. N. Prothro, Z V. R. Smitham, City Manager W. E. McBroom, City Clerk Thelbert Martin, City Attorney The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Moved by Alderman Hervey that the City Manager be authorized to sign a contract with P. A. Allen for widening Tenth and Eleventh Streets abutting the Federal Building for a consideration of approxi- mately $813.00. Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried. ORDINANCE NO.1013 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH 4 OF SECTION 1, ORDINANCE NO. 445, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR RULES, REGULATIONS, AND RATES, AND FOR THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMEAT OF THE WATER DEPART- MENT OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY," SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AFTER WATER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FOR NON- PAYMENT OF BILL, THE DEPOSIT SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED UtiTIL THE DIS- CONNECT FEE OF ONE DOLLAR HAS BEEN PAID, AS WEI L AS ALL OTHER CHARGES THE CITY MAY HAVE AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, AND DECLARING AAT EMERGENCY. Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Ordinance No. 1013 be passed on its first reading. Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried by the following vote: Yeas: Aldernen McCutchen, Harvey, Prothro, and Spoonts. Nays: None.
