The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met
in regular session on the above date with the following members
present:
Walter Nelson, Jr., Mayor
J. M. Spoonts, X
R. 0. Harvey, X
J. N. Prothro, X Aldermen
C. E. McCutchen, X
V. R. Smitham, City Manager
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and
approved.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the application of
Emmett C. quillen for a Chauffeurs permit be approved.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that a permit be granted for
the installation of a 12,000 gallon storage tank to be used for
the storage of gasoline at 307 Barwise Street.
Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
