The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:

W. E. MCBroom, City Clerk
The Yinutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
A hearing on the request of the Health Department for revo-
cation of peddlers license No. 99 issued to C. C. Parks was heard and
after careful consideration the following motion was put in order:
Moved by Alderman IvicCutchen that License No. 99 be trans-
ferred to E. G. Barnes provided that a sworn statement to the effect
that this license was issued in error to C. C. Parks is placed on
file in the City Clerks office, signed by C. C. Parks, and provided
further that E. G. Barnes does not violate any of the Sanitary or
Health regulations.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bridwell and carried.
PLoved by Alderman Spoonts that the American Legion be
allowed to conduct a tent show On Indians Avenue between Tenth and
Eleventh Streets for a period of thirty days.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried.
ORDINANCE NO 1093
AN ORDINANCE MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING MARCH 31, 1933, FROM THE GENERAL FUND, BEING
$200.00 FOR JURY FEES AND FROM THE STREET FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF
$363.25 TO COVER PAYMiNNT ON GRADING CONTRACT DATED AUGUST 13,
1925, AND DECLARING AN EV'ERGENCY.

Moved by Alderman Harvey that Ordinance No. 1093 be passed on
its first reading.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried by the follow.
ing vote:
Yeas: Aldermen Harvey, Spoonts, Bridwell, and McCutchen.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bridwell and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
