The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
Walter Nelson, Jr., Mayor
J. NI. Spoonts,
R. 0. Harvey, X
J. S. Bridwell, X Aldermen
C. E. McCutchen, X
J. Prothro, X
V. R. Smitham, City Manager
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Alderman Harvey that the Mayor be authorized to
sign an agreement with the creditors Committee of the American
Refining Properties extending payment for two years from September
30, 1932, debt certificate in the amount of $212.50 payable to the
City of Wichita Falls.
Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the City Treasurer be
instructed to transfer '40,000.00 from the i ater fund to the General
fund.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bridwel1 and carried.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that Dr. C. TN. Stevenson be
appointed in the place of Dr. C. R. Hartsook as a member of the
General Hospital Board of Managers, and the resignation of Dr.
Hartsook be accepted with the regrest of this Board.
Yotion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bridwell and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
