The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
Walter Nelson, Jr., Mayor
R. 0. Harvey, X
C. E. McCutchen,
J. M. Spoonts, X Aldermen
J. N. Trothro, X
V. R. Smitham, City Manager
W. E. MCBrOOm, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Alderman Harvey that the following appointments
of election offiers be made to substitute for those who cannot serve
in the general election to be held on April 5.
R. S. Dunaway be appointed Presiding Judge to serve
in the place of Harry Awker at the Sam Houston
School Box.
M. C. Batey to serve as Presiding Judge in place of
P. S. Richardson at the Buchanan Street Fire
Station Box.
Marshall Evans to serve as Presiding Judge in the
place of G. C. Bullington at the Evana Pharmacy
Box.
Roscoe Staton to serve as Presiding Judge in the
place of Irvan Deaton at the Reagan Junior High
School Box.
Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman S-noonts and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
