The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:

The T+Anutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Alderman Prothro that the City Manager be instructed
to authorize the First National Bank to transfer Liberty Bonds de-
posited in its Trust Department to secure the deposit of the City of
Wichita Falls to The Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas, Texas, for safe-
keeping.
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried.

AN ORDINANCE GRANPIM UNTO THE WICHITA VALLEY RAILWAY COMPANY,
THE MISSOURI, KAPTSAS Fr TFX e'� RAILWAY COMPANY OF TEXAS, AND THE WICHITA
FALLS & SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY, JOINTLY, A FRAMHISE TO USE AMID
CROSS ELEVENTH AND TWELFTH STREETS EAST OF OHIO AVENUE, AND WEST OF
THE 14A.IN LINE TRACK OF THE WICHITA VALLEY .RAILWAY COMPANY IN THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, WICHITA CO TTNTY , TEXAS, FOR THE PURPOSE OP EXTENDING
A SPUR RAILWAY TRACK ACROSS SAID STREETS. _
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Ordinance No. 1087 be passed
on its third and final reading and be adopted as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried by the fol-
lowing vote:
Bridwell.
Yeas: Aldermen McCutchen, Farvey, Spoonts, Prothro, and
Nays; None.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bridwell and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
