The Board of Aldeanen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:

The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
ORDINANCE NO 1087
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING UNTO THE WICHITA VALLEY RAILWAY COM-
PANY, THE MISSOURI, KANSAS & TEXAS RAILWAY COMPANY OF TEXAS, AND
THE WICHITA FALLS & SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY, JOINTLY, A FRANCHISE
TO USE AND CROSS ELEVENTH AND TWELFTH STREETS EAST CF OHIO AVENUE,
AND WEST OF THE MAIN LINE TRACK OF THE WICHITA VALLET RAILWAY COM-
PANY IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, WICHITA COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR THE
PURPOSE OF .EXTENDING A SPUR RAILWAY TRACK ACROSS SAID STREETS.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Ordinance No. 1087 be
passed on its second reading.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried by the
following vote:
Yeas: Aldermen McCutchen, Spoonts, and Bridwell.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the Treasurer be instruct-
ed to transfer the sum of 814, 327.50 from the Water fund to the
Interest and Sinking fund to cover interest on Waterworks Bonds due
February 10, 1932, as follows:
Refunding Waterworks Series 1930-A �;':�6,727.50
Refunding Waterworks Series 1930-B 7,600.00
$141327.50
Motion seconded by Alderman Bridwell and carried.

Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the Tax Collector be instructed
to accept payment of 1931 taxes without penalty or interest until mid-
night March 31, 1932.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bridwell and carried.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bridwell and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
