The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:
J. S. Bridwell, Z
J. N. Prothro, X
J. M. Spoonts, X Aldermen
C. E. McCutchen,
Y. R. S mitham, City Manager
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
Moved by Alderman Prothro that Alderman Spoonts be appointed
Mayor Protem to act during the absence of Mayor Walter Nelson, Jr.
Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Alderman Bridwell that the City Manager be granted
permission to attend a meeting of the Executive Committee of the
International City Managers' Association to be held in Chicago on
February 11, 1933.
Motion seconded by Aldernan Prothro and carried.
Mayor Nelson came in for a few minutes but had to leave to
make an address over Radio Station K G K 0.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bridwell and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
