The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present:

J. S. Bridwell, X
V. R. Smitham, City Manager
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, City Attorney
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Ialoved by Alderman Prothro that the application of the Star
Bakery for a permit to establish a bakery at 1606 Bluff be received
and the City Clerk be instructed to give notice by publication of a
public hearing to be held at 7:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber
in the Memorial Auditorium January 16, 1933, for the purpose of hear-
ing protests.
Motion seconded by Alderman Harvey and carried.
�:`oved by Alderman McCutchen that the following applications
for Chauffeurs' permits be approved:
L. T. Smith, 707 Holliday
Henry 7. Hughes, 705 Scott
kotion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
Moved by Alderman Spoonts that the followin refunds of
Chauffeur's permit and service car licenses be allowed:
B. L. Sullins, Chauffeur's permit, unused portion, $1.90
E. R. '7ollis, unused ^ortion taxi.cQb license, $9,80
E. L. Hollis, unused portion taxicab license, $9.80
Motion seconded by Alderman McCutchen and carried.

Moved by Alderman Harvey that Harvey Harris and Dr. C. W.
Stevenson be appointed as members of the Board of Managers of the Wichii
General Hospital for a term of two years beginning January 1, 1933.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried.
Moved by Alderman Bridwell that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Prothro and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
