The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
ORDINANCE NO 1118
AN ORDINANCE NAMING AND DESIGNATII\G THE THROUGHFARE
ESTABLISHED BY THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT THROUGH BLOCK 192 Ir THE
ORIGINAL TOWN OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AS WESLEY COURT.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that Ordinance No. 1118 be
passed on its first reading.
Motion seconded by Alderman Spoonts and carried by the
following vote.
Yeas: Aldermen McCutchen, Spoonts, Harvey, Prothro, and
Bridwell.
Nays: None.

ORDINANCE NO 1116
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON FROM ENTERING OR ATTEMPT-
ING TO ENTER ANY PLACE OF PUBLIC AMUSEMENT, INCLUDING THEATERS, MOVING
PICTURE SHOWS, ATHLETIC EXHIBITIONS, AND OTHER ENTERTAINMENT WHEN ANY
EXHIBITION, PERFORMANCE OR ENTERTAINMENT IS BEING GIVEN WITHOUT PAYING
THE AIMISSION FEE AND WITHOUT HAVING AN ENTRANCE TICKET AND AGAINST
THE CONSENT OF THE OWNER, LESSEE, AGENT, OR MANAGER THEREOF, PRESCRIB-
ING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
Moved by Alderman Bridwell that the rules requiring ordinances
to be passed on three separate days be suspended and an emergency de-
clared, and Ordinance No. 1116 be passed on its second reading.

ORDINANCE NO 1117
AN ORDINANCE PRDHIBITING ANY PERSON FROM TALKING, WHISTLING,
CLAPPING OF THE HANDS OR STOMPING OF THE FEET OR BY ANY RUDE OR INDECENT
ACT OR CONDUCT TO DISTURB THE AUDIENCE AT ANY PLACE OF AMUSPN.ENT, SHOW,
THEATER, EXHIBITION, OR OTHER LAWFUL ASSEMBLY OR MEETING, PRESCRIBING
A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF SUCH ORDINANCE, AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
Moved by Alderman McCutchen that the rules requiring ordinancis
to be passed on three separate days be suspended and an emergency de-
clared, and Ordinance No. 1117 be passed on its second reading.

for license for service cars for the year 1933 be approved, provided
the owners and operators of such cars agree to have their cars in-
spected and approved as to safe operation by the Police Department

authorized to purchase meter testing equipment for testing gas
