Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract for
the Faith Village Phase 1 Concrete Channel Repair to Duke Holding
Company, Inc. dba Duke Construction Co. in the amount of $ 81,780.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Faith Village
Phase 1 Concrete Channel Repair; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Duke Holding
Company, Inc. dba Duke Construction Co. who made a unit price bid with an estimated
total of $81,780.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Faith Village Phase 1 Concrete Channel Repair is
awarded to Duke Holding Company, Inc. dba Duke Construction Co. in an estimated total
amount of $81,780.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the
City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
