Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract
for the 2020 Denver EST Roof Replacement Project to Pittsburg Tank
& Tower Maintenance Co. Inc., in the amount of $650,526.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2020 Denver
EST Roof Replacement Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Pittsburg Tank & Tower
Maintenance Co. Inc. who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $650,526.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2020 Denver EST Roof Replacement Project is awarded
to Pittsburg Tank & Tower Maintenance Co. Inc., in an estimated total amount of
$650,526.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract, in a form
approved by the City Attorney, for the City with said Contractor for the construction of
such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7t" day of July, 2020.
